This policy explains what information UserGuard DNS collects, why, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and, if you give it, your WhatsApp number.
- Payment details: the payment method, the sender number or account, the transaction ID (TrxID) and the amount. We never ask for or store your PIN or password for bKash, Nagad or any bank.
- DNS activity: when your device uses our DNS, we record the domain name it asked for (for example bkash.com), the time, and your device's public IP address.
- Support messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, email or our website chat.
Why we use it
- to run the service and route Bangladeshi apps through our server,
- to check that only your devices use your address, and to stop abuse,
- to confirm payments and activate packages,
- to fix problems you report and to improve the service.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- DNS activity is deleted automatically after 7 days.
- Account and payment records are kept while your account is open and for up to 2 years after, for accounting and dispute purposes.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time. Records we must keep by law are kept only as long as required.
What we can see
Connections to apps and websites stay encrypted between your device and the app. Our server can see which service a connection is going to (for example bkash.com), but it cannot read your messages, balances, passwords or transactions.
Sharing
We share information only:
- with the companies that host our servers, under confidentiality,
- when Bangladeshi law requires it, for example a valid order from an authority.
Security
We protect your data with encrypted connections, restricted staff access and regular updates. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you promptly.
